A credit card is required to be kept on file to reserve an appointment. We respectfully require MORE THAN 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for any cancellations or changes, LC Blonding Co. reserves the right to charge the credit card on file. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment between 12-48 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. We do not offer refunds of any kind. *all deposits for on location bridal services are NON REFUNDABLE*
